Leonardo e la Madonna Litta
An integral part of the exhibition is a multimedia narrative that explores the history of collecting and the critical fortunes of the Madonna Litta between the 15th and 19th centuries, before its departure for Russia. It tells about the painters, pupils and assistants in Leonardo’s studio, comparing Boltraffio and Marco d’Oggiono and explaining the role of the support offered by scientific and technological research.
